First Partnership Meeting

On Monday May 14 in the ASU University Club a Partnership Meeting  took place with the purpose to create a partnership between the Gandhi Research Foundation, Jain Irrigation Systems, Ltd. from Jalgaon (India)  and Arizona State University.   Mr. B. Krishnakumar, V-president for HR, represented the Gandhi Resaearch Foundation and Jain Irrigation Systems. 


ASU Administration was represented by  Dr. Sethraman Panchnatan, Senior Vice President of ASU  , Dr. N. Lester, Associate Vice-President of ASU Office of Knowledge Enterprise Development, Dr. K. Crnic, Chair of ASU Psychology Department, and Dr. M. Wosinski,  Facilitator of UCP-SARnet.  The following colleagues also participated in this meeting: Mr. Patrick Reid, Project Assistant, Office of SVP Knowledge Enterprise Development,  Dr. Rimjhim Aggarwal, ASU School of Sustainability, Dr. Dennis Dalton, Professor Emeritus Columbia University, author of "Mahatma Gandhi: Nonviolent Power in Action" (present virtually), Dr. Carolyn Forbes, Assistant Director, ASU Center for the Study of Religion and Conflicts, Dr. Richard Knopf, Director ASU Partnership for Community Development, Mr. Dan Niienhauser, President, Energy2Empower5,  Mr. Osee Romeo Njacheun, Associate Facilitator of UCP-SARnet, Dr. John Sabo, School of Sustainability, and Dr. Robert Torres, Chair of the Department of Agricultural Education, University of Arizona.
