Social Care Youth Initiative (SCYI)

SCYI envisions an empowered society that recognizes and appreciates youth voice and works together with youth for making them achieve their full potentials in the community.  We need collaboration and support in engaging youth in service through mentorship, service learning and outreach programs to vulnerable communities.  We wish helping youth in the region to develop relationships and strengthen the reach and impact of change globally.  To achieve all of these, we emphasize the following: create links that promote communities especially youth on a lifelong path of service and civic engagement, increase understanding about exchange of ideas and benefits gained if working for common goals, enhance the reality that small actions make a big difference, mobilize youth commitment and action to make positive change, and support innovative ideas and actions to advance and improve their abilities, think critically about community issues.
