Editors

Editors are community professionals, graduate students, and university faculty that serve as the Executive Team of UCP-SARnet. This involves developing and representing the network, coordinating the work of all parties involved in the project, ensuring the financial stability of the project, and building the library of resources.

The role of each Editor is unique. Before officially joining the Leadership Team, Editor prospects meet with the Network Facilitator to identify relevant skills and interests, and to agree upon areas of contribution to the Partnership, to be detailed in a personalized Work Plan.

Beyond any individual responsibilities outlined in the Work Plan, all Editors are expected to fulfill the following requirements:

Attend Leadership Team monthly meetings/conference calls;
Recruit at least one new Knowledge Partner per year;
Identify at least one new Regional Coordinator per year;
Recruit at least one new Leadership Team member per year;
Recruit at least five new members per year;
Facilitate introductions to three potential funders per year.
