2011 Africa Emerging Leaders Conference: Population and Economics: Investing in the African Youth
The World Youth Alliance Africa will be hosting a major continental youth conference from the 25th- 26th of November 2011 in Nairobi, Kenya. The conference brings together over 100 youth leaders from over 15 African countries.

UCPSARnet will be presenting at the Africa Emerging Leaders Conference in Nairobi, Kenya. The delegation will be led by Dr Marek Wosinski, Facilitator of UCPSARnet and Osee Romeo Tcheupgoum, Assistant Facilitator of UCPSARnet, Coordinator for Africa &North America. UCPSARnet will be speaking on the topic: "The Role of Global Networks and Partnerships In Building of Human Capital", on Saturday the 26th November 2011 from 2:30 - 4:00pm a at Kenya High School, Kileleshwa.
UCP-SARnet Thirteenth Leadership Team Meeting, Only 2 Meetings to Go Before a Whole New Semester
Meeting Highlights: Discussion of the status of various projects this semester – Stand Up thoughts, Leadership Summit status, the Interfaith Campus Challenge project and finally progress of the Forks for Change club. "Walk in Her Shoes" Club Event this Monday Evening, see flyer below. Discussion of member tasks and what we each have left to do over these final weeks.

On November 7th, 2011 UCP-SARnet and Forks For Change joined forces to ignite this year's Stand Up Against Poverty event. The event was in support of the United Nations Millennium Development Goals with an emphasis on the goal of, "Ending Poverty and Hunger". Many more organizations came to support our cause including, Samaritan Care Foundation (ASU Chapter), HIV/Aids Awareness club, and ASU4Food all joined in to help. HAPPY VETERANS DAY Weekend Everyone.
Our regular meeting will resume next Friday 11/18/2011. Members will be using this week to find organizations and universities in each of their assigned countries to contact and invite to the Leadership Summit in China 2012.
Meeting Highlights: Changes to PGS 399/499, International Leadership Summit detail and marketing discussion, notes on the World Academy for the Future of Women, and finally Sun Devils STAND UP Program set.

Here in the Peruvian Andes, my NGO, Changes for New Hope (www.changesfornewhope.org) used the children's art work in an exhibition in the National Culutral Museum in Huaraz.
