Meeting Purpose: To discuss the best way to go about inviting Liberal Arts Universities in the US about the Summit and to dedicate time to sending out the invitations.

Time: 9am – 11am
As today there is also a Symposium on "Trade and Investment Opportunities in Liberia" taking place in Phoenix, the members of the team who elected not to attend the symposium instead met up in the computing commons for a working meeting.
The first part of the meeting was dedicated to going over the invitation letters to email out to contacts in the United States. And the second part was left for doing more research on Liberal Arts Universities/sending out the emails.
